The materials also include a Hazard Prioritization Matrix to help staff quickly identify which issues require immediate action and which can be scheduled for later remediation. 

Each checklist emphasizes documentation and training. From photo documentation best practices (the 5-photo sequence for every hazard) to the HIDDEN framework for staff training, every section is built to promote consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
