$12M Redevelopment Plan for Norm Perry Park Unveiled

Norm Perry Park in Sarnia is set for a major transformation, with Quantum Recreation unveiling a $12.3 million redevelopment plan aimed at modernizing the facility and enhancing its usability for sports and community activities. The project will be completed in three phases, focusing on artificial turf, natural turf, and public amenities. 

A New Vision for Norm Perry Park 

The redevelopment plan will reorient the existing fields and improve accessibility, making the park a multi-functional space for athletes, spectators, and local residents. Some key highlights include: 

  • Artificial and natural turf upgrades for improved playability 

  • New bleachers to enhance the spectator experience 

  • Modernized public spaces with playgrounds and fitness areas

Funding & Timeline
