We approach every playground inspection with precision and care, understanding that children’s safety, well-being, and enjoyment depend on it. Our process is designed to ensure every playground is safe, compliant, and inclusive.

Initial Assessment

We begin with an on-site evaluation to understand the playground’s layout, equipment condition, and overall usage. This helps us identify any immediate safety concerns and assess how the space serves the community.

Detailed Playground Inspection

Our inspectors conduct a comprehensive review of all equipment and surfaces. We check for structural integrity, wear and tear, corrosion, and potential hazards. Safety surfacing such as rubber mulch, sand, or engineered wood fiber is also assessed for impact protection and compliance.

Accessibility & Inclusive Design Review

We evaluate the playground for accessibility and inclusive play opportunities, ensuring alignment with standards such as CSA Z614 and ADA principles where applicable. This includes pathways, transfer stations, and sensory or adaptive play features that support children of all abilities.

Reporting & Recommendations

After the inspection, we provide a detailed, easy-to-understand report outlining findings and actionable recommendations. This helps playground owners and operators make informed decisions to improve safety, compliance, and inclusivity.
